This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms of Service") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and KasumiLabs ("we", "us", or "our"). This EULA governs your acquisition, download, and use of the Expiry Tracker mobile application (the "Application"). Please read this agreement carefully. BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this page. You are encouraged to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

License Grant

KasumiLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Application on Android devices owned or controlled by you strictly in accordance with this EULA.

You are permitted to load and use the Application for personal, non-commercial organizational purposes. You are not permitted to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Edit, alter, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Application.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the Application for any commercial purpose.
• Allow any third party to use the Application on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• Use the Application in any manner that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

In-App Subscriptions and Billing

The Application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Expiry Tracker Pro / Premium") that provide an ad-free experience and additional convenience features.

• Payment: Payment is processed securely through Google Play Billing and will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Store account settings (Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions).
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play Refund Policies and are handled directly through Google Play.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

KasumiLabs retains all ownership, rights, title, and interest in and to the Application as originally downloaded and all subsequent updates. The Application, including its design, interface, graphics, algorithms, and source code, remains the exclusive property of KasumiLabs.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first download or use the Application and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Application from your device.

Your license will terminate immediately and automatically without notice from KasumiLabs if you fail to comply with any of the provisions of this EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
